My heater and wipers quit working and I had a loose battery terminal. so I turned the car off to replace the terminal and then the car wouldn't crank back. It has power because the heater lights and everything comes on but the blower and wipers still won't and it still won't crank. I also know that it's not the battery because it has a brand new one. Please help me.

Hello,

This could be a problem with the IGN fuse[30A] in your vehicle's Engine Room Fuse and Relay Box. Here is a link below explaining how to check a fuse if needed:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-a-car-fuse

In the diagrams down below I have included the Starting Circuit wiring diagram and the location and layout with callout diagram for the Engine Room Relay Fuse Box. Please go through these guides and get back to us with what you find out.

Thanks,
Alex
