Car won't start

When I normally start my car I just turn the key let go and it starts right up. It started having problems on Saturday were it would crank and I had to turn the key a 2 time to get it to start and the check engine light is on. Now it won't start at all. Any ideas as to what is wrong?

if the check engine light is on it may be a crank or cam sensor or something else. it needs to be scanned for codes. also try resetting security system that can do it as well. if no manual look online for your vehicle on how to do it.
