Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.com.
If an engine fails to start when the starter engages and turns it, there are only a few things that can be wrong, no fuel or air to the engine, no spark from the ignition, ignition timing or broken timing belt, low compression/no compression. Take a look through these links which describes different causes for no start or hard start issues:

Now, I need you to check for both spark and fuel to the engine. Here are the links which describe both:
https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-test-an-ignition-system
https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-fuel-system-pressure-and-regulator
I have attached a picture which contains the manufacturer's fuel pressure specifications.
Let me know if you have questions or need additional information.
Take care,
Joe
