Okay, so this car is giving me some issues. About six months ago, the car would shut off when coming to a stop occasionally. Does not happen every time. I put it in park and crank it back up with no problems.

Well since a few days ago, I have not had this problem, but instead when I turn the car off, it will not crank on its on. You have to boost it off. Since the battery is in the trunk and the fob does not work, I could not access the battery so I went under the hood and boosted it from the hot post located at the fuse box. It fires back up and I let it run for an hour or two. I turn the car off and again, it will not turn over. Battery seems drained. So my jumper cables have a alternator tester built in and the light glows red as if it is a bad alternator but I actually got it tested a couple weeks ago and it checked out fine and also, if it Is an alternator would the car not quit running while driving since the alternator cannot charge the battery? How could it sit and idle or be driven within stalling?

Also I would like to mention that when the car acts like it is going to stall when coming to a stop, the radio volume will get loud, without indication from the display. The radio is not equipped with auto volume

I have replaced the fuel filter and fuel pump. That is it.

If the battery is bad, then there is no amount of charging that will give it enough juice to start the car. You will need to gain access to the trunk and test the battery. Here is a how-to guide on that: https://www.2carpros.com/articles/car-battery-load-test

Or, you can take it to the nearest parts shop and have them test the battery.

As for the stalling issue, there are a lot of things that can cause a car to stall like that. Let's address this battery first and then we will go from there.

Heyman, the battery was shot. I put another one on it and she cranked up like a champ. Has not been any problems.

I know a bad TPS can cause stalling but I have not had any codes and it does not do it all the time.

As for the radio volume, how can that be linked to it?

I am not too sure about the radio volume. I know that when the battery goes dead in my Blazer, the radio will come on when I crank it. I am guessing it is the factory default setting kicking in. Possibly the same thing for you too.

As for the stalling, there are a gazillion things that can cause that, unfortunately. If you have not replaced the fuel filter already, I would suggest doing that. I would also clean the MAF sensor and change the air filter. These things could cause the intermittent stalling and not necessarily trigger any trouble codes.
