car will not start,sounds like jump time

car died while driving lost 2 quarts oil, sounds like it jumped time it just whines turning over ,will not start and low compression !! car did not use any at all..there is not any oil in water or water in oil !!! HELP

this may be two fold it may have blown a head gasket and jumped time. if compression is equal all across like 90 psi or less then it's probably a chain then get it tested for a head gasket as well.

if it is the head gasket would it leak oil

it could either leak oil to the coolant, into the cylinder or outside the engine. at base of cylinder head and block mating surface. it should be checked however first.
