Car will not crank or turn over

I just purchased a 95 Acura Legend. It drove perfectly for almost a week. Now I cannot get it to turn over or crank. All interior and exterior lights are working properly. Is is possible I may need a starter

check battery for condition including load test and try resetting security system if no manual look online.
