heater fan works ok, start car in morning and car warms up, when driving lots of heat from heater but when stopped and idling it blows cold air. coolant is topped up and car runs fine otherwise. what could be causing this problem?

cold be a partially clogged heater core or maybe aloose belt so pump doesn't pump like it should. or also the loose belt may be not giving air mix enough powr so it partially closes. check fan belt and tensioner. belt and tensioner should be replaced every 60k
