Hi,

As far as the wheels are concerned, the best thing to do is get wheellocks for them. I'm not sure if you are familiar with them, but basically, the lug requires a special tool to be removed. You can place one of the wheel locks on each wheel. I found a general picture and attached it below so you can see what I'm referring to.

Also, as far as foolproof, that's a tough one because with the correct tools, any type of lug can be removed.

Let me know if this helps.

Joe

Not really foolproof. Say you took off all the lug nuts one at a time and replaced them with 5 different locking lug nut sets. So now the thief needs 5 different lock tools to get them off. Unless you select ones that all have spinning guards or similar they can just use a damaged nut removal set and remove them almost as fast as if they were standard lugs. Or they get upset and damage the car. About the only way I know of that might keep them on would be changing to cheap steel wheels and hub caps instead of aluminum alloy. That makes them into something that they might leave alone.
There are any number of locking items out there but there are also tools like the attached image sold to remove them because of folks not leaving the key in the vehicle.
