After replacing the head gasket and changing the oil, nothing is turning on?

Ford was running fine. I saw that it had an oil leak, so I changed all engine head gaskets and changed the oil as well. After doing all that putting it back together it’s not turning on, I mean nothing. The only thing coming on is the headlights. Had the starter, alternator and battery checked all in perfect condition so I’m not sure where the problem is. I need advice ASAP!

Hi,

Have you checked all of the main fuses in the under-hood fuse box? Even if the fuses are good, confirm there is power to them. I attached a pic below showing the fuses. Check the main fuse that I circled.

Let me know what you find. If you lost power to everything but the headlamps, this main fuse may be the issue. Just be careful when testing it. It is a 100-amp fuse. Not that you can get shocked, but it could create other issues.
