I had a high idle around 2000 rpm and surge while driving. I replace the coolant temperature sensor and now the idle is much better. The coolant sensor connector is good i.E. Connector end are silver. On the other hand I do get a surge flux change up and down while the driving car i.E stall or rpm would drop to around 8000 or 9000. Also this time I got a code of P0108 then later P0107. I reset the code and recheck if any pending codes would occur. Any suggestion?

Did the codes come back after you cleared them? Check the hose that goes from intake manifold to the valve cover that goes to your pcv. See if it is collapsed or it it has a hole in it.

No codes come back after I cleared them? The hose that goes from intake manifold to the valve cover that goes to your pcv is fine and no hole in it.

Have you checked the pcv itself? I have seen those go bad and cause issues like that. Also make sure you do not have a vacuum line off somewhere or leaking somewhere.
