Car turns over but will not start

I replaced the fuel relay switch. I also replaced fuel pump. The car turns over but will not crank. There is power to fuel relay switch. Is the fuel pump bad that I bought? Or am I missing something?

If the vehicle will start for a couple seconds using starting fluid, then you need to confirm there is power to the new fuel pump. If it still does not start, suspect an ignition issue. Check the plugs to see if it is getting spark.
