Car turns over but will not start

I replace the O2 sensor in the upstream Bank yesterday. then I got into go to an appointment and the car won't start. it turns over and over and over but won't start. what are the possible causes?

Have you checked for spark and fuel to the engine? Have you checked for diagnostic trouble codes? First, take a look through this link. Let me know what you find.
