"Turn over" and "crank" are the same thing. They both mean the engine is spinning. If it is not, we have a starter system problem to diagnose. If the engine is cranking okay, but it will not start and run, that is a totally different symptom.
For a crank/no-start we need to know which engine you have. There should only be the 2.0L for 2002, but is it a single overhead camshaft engine, or a double? The next thing is to read and record the diagnostic fault codes. Chrysler made doing that yourself much easier than any other manufacturer. Cycle the ignition switch from "off" to "run" three times within five seconds without cranking the engine, leave it in "run", then watch the code numbers appear in the odometer display. Tell me what you come up with.
