My old man has the car listed above it is a J31 model. The engine light came on and when it was scanned it said primary secondary coil. I did a resistance test on the coils and everything looks fine there and then moved onto the testing of the coil connectors after testing the front three I put everything back and tried starting. Now it turns over and does not start. Any suggestions.

Resistance testing has its place but unless you can test the coil when it is hot under operating conditions it will not help if the issue only occurs when the coil is hot.
I would put on a new one and start from there. I would also check the power feed to the coils. It sounds like one is shorted or the fuse blew.
