Okay, so this could be a multiple problem here. From what you have explained to me you could have a warped cylinder head, which caused coolant to leak in the cylinders. It sounds bad, but it should be nothing more than a head gasket change to fix everything. First, though, can you do me a favor and take out all of the spark plugs in your vehicle's engine and then try to crank the engine again. If your vehicle's engine is experiencing hydro-lock, then the coolant should be forced out of the spark plug holes and with the spark plugs reinstalled your engine should crank again.
