I have a Chrysler new yorker 5th avenue. 3.8 L. It stopped running while I was driving down the road. When we got it home we tried doing some little tests on things it could possibly be. We tested to see if we had any spark... nothing. So we took the ignition coil to have the resistance tested. We were told there was nothing wrong with it. We tested the fuel pump and there was nothing from it. We even took the fuel line away from the fuel filter to see if it would pump out fuel. It did not. Therefore there is no spark and no fuel pumping through. Even though ignition coil is fine. What would cause both of these things to be not working at the same time?
