Now when I take the key out the car beeps and won’t lock. I manually locked it and the next morning the car was not working.

I accidentally hit the key while it was in ignition?

It must have broken something inside the ignition switch, and it is not turning off completely, which drains the battery down. I would get a new key/lock assembly from the dealer so they can preprogram it for you. Here are the instructions on how to change the part out. Check out the images (below).
