Hi,
The clear coat has come off the base coat (color). This would require the clear coat to be removed, and the vehicle repainted.

Hi,
I'm not sure where you are located, but chances are it will need fully repainted' otherwise, the paint may not match. I'm in PA and would expect it to be approximately $2,000 if there was no body work that needed to be done.

I wouldn't know what to tell you there. I know the shop rates here are just under $100 an hour.
