My car stutters sometimes while driving. The air and fuel filters have been changed, the fuel tank has been cleaned etc. Nothing helped. There are air bubbles going from the tank towards the engine, you can see some air bubbles in some of the little pipes under the hood, that is the trigger I think, not sure though.

The problem sometimes goes away for some time when the fuel tank is almost full and occurs again when it gets emptier. The car stutters while going, sometimes very minimal, sometimes harder, usually goes away after you put some more acceleration.

Also, "Glow plug warning" comes up on the dashboard sometimes while stuttering, sometimes it does not come up though.

Hi KIPRASN,

It sounds like the the turbo could getting weak has is been replace recently?, if so the injectors would be be the next place I would look, being a diesel it also could be the injector pump, I know there are a lot of choices I have given here but with being there to run tests or see how it is running first hand it makes it difficult. Please let me know what you think or find so I can help more.

I've asked around and other people mention the fuel pump or injector pump that you mentioned. Air bubbles in the system is the main cause in my opinion, which leads to fuel pump, because when there's more fuel there's less stuttering, should that be my priority to look at right now? Maybe a little hole or something where the air gets trough from the fuel tank?

Yep air bubbles cant be good, check all fuel lines for hardness because air could be getting in when the injector pump is drawing in fuel which could case the sputter, let me know
