My car stops whenever I start it after running it for approximately thirty minutes and starts after waiting for a minute or so on its own. I have tried to fix it many times but the issue still persists.

When it shuts of, how does it stop? Like you switched off the key or like it runs out of gas? After you restart it does it run thirty minutes again and then stop? It almost sounds like a fuel issue like the EVAP system has a problem and stops the gas. Try this test, as soon as it stops, just set the brake and go to the gas cap, listen close as you loosen it, if you hear a whoosh of air as the cap comes loose you could have a stuck closed fuel tank vent valve.
This is going by similar situations with other vehicles as the service information I can find on that vehicle stops at 2004.

Well then we need to discover what is missing when it shuts off. A quick way to do that would be to spray some starting fluid in the intake when it shuts down. If it tries to run on that then you know you have a fuel issue, if it doesn't then it is more likely that you are losing the ignition side of the puzzle. Which fuel system do you have? Carburetor or EFI?
The info I do find suggests both were used until 2013?
