So the car turns on but when it turns on the Active cruise control and Collision mitigation braking systems come on and both say to go to dealer. Also the check engine light comes on. So when I try to put on the car in drive or reverse, the RPMs go up but the car doesn’t move. Please help me I currently have it at the mechanic shop but I just want to know what the issue is already and how much I could be paying as currently I don’t have much to spend.

This would be very hard to diagnose without testing the vehicle to find which modules are causing the problems. With the lights on there will be fault codes stored but it could be anything from a bad forward camera to a bad control module or a bad radar unit. The common area is related to the collision mitigation system, any fault in it will deactivate it, the active cruise control and the normal cruise will not work either. There have been instances of window tinting causing problems or even if the windshield was replaced with one that was not a factory part causing it to shut off, one of the other ones is if the car was repainted and the paint was thicker than it should be over the radar units, the signal gets blocked and causes the system to disable itself. Another very common problem with them has been the brake pedal position switch. That one will usually show up during the scan as it doesn't match the pedal position. It has a few pieces inside it that can fail.
In all instances the shop should be able to scan the system for those faults.
Cost will depend entirely on what is found, with the low mileage you may want to contact Ford service and talk to them about it. I would think these should fall under warranty.

The thing is that the car was working fine for hours and while I was at a light and when I pressed the gas to move up the car didn’t move and all those signs came on. So i don’t know what changed within that moment. Not I was pressing the brake at the light and let go to press the accelerator.

That is the common way they fail, everything is fine and then it isn't with no warning. It's also the common symptom of the brake switch failure and in this case because it did it when you moved the pedal I would start with testing at the brake switch first. As you already have it in a shop they will likely do that but they may find something else as well. That is just one of the issues of having all of the electronics that newer cars have, one item can fail and the car is suddenly unusable.

I really hope you are right about the brake switch pedal instead of it being a transmission issue but I don't know.

I doubt it's anything to do with the transmission, the collision mitigation doesn't do anything with the transmission, it is connected to the ABS and cruise along with the various sensors to tell it the location of vehicles around it.

Even if the whole car just doesn’t move? And I can’t change to drive or reverse?

It would depend on what is causing it. Some of the newer systems will prevent the car from moving or even running if they see a problem. That is why they can be difficult to diagnose, there are so many interconnected parts. In this case it could be an issue with a speed sensor or a simple bad solenoid, all the way up to a failed transmission. That is also why I would contact Honda about it, 2018 and low miles should be covered under the warranty, unless there is some reason that is void.
