Purchasing a new 2-DIN car stereo. But before purchasing one, would like to know the dimensions so it can fit perfectly in the space occupying the factory radio right now.

I know the black panel that extends the width of the car comes out. My question is, do I have to remove the climate control unit and panels to get to the radio? I really don't want to go through that again considering I had just done that to replace the climate control unit.

Hello,

I have included the vehicle manufacturer's instructions for the removal and installation of the radio in your vehicle. I hope this helps. Please get back to us with how everything turns out.

Thanks,
Alex

Hello again,

Stereo sizes for automotive applications generally come in single din and double din configurations. Aftermarket companies sell installation kits that are specifically made for your vehicle and will fit like a glove for around $20.00. I would look on eBay or Amazon. Walmart. Com is also an excellent choice.

Thanks,
Alex
