You want to get a Double Din stereo to replace the Original Equipment Manufacturer[OEM]'s stereo for this vehicle. I hope this helps.

but a lot of the double din stereos have different measurements from 5" all the way up to 7".

The best way to get the exact measurement of your vehicle's stereo would be to remove it and measure the dimensions with a tape measure.
