okay it had some issues and it was given to me and it seemed like it would just be the fuel filter, but fuel filters new. i turn the ignition it starts for a few seconds then shuts off. if you touch the gas it sounds like it chokes out and shuts off. I am not much of a mechanic but pretty good at fixing things. I need some help.
