car starts sometimes, but less than it will start

Its my daughters car in pennsyvania and she has had it at pep boys for three days and it started for them every time. She took it to another Mech. And he said the ignition. He replaced the ignition and three days later it would not start. He has had it for over week and can't find the problem?

Unfortunately, the problem cannot be diagnosed unless it can be duplicated and tested during the failure.

Just to add to this one does it crank and not start and have no fuel pressure when this happens?If so I think I know whats wrong.
