Hi,
The first I would check is fuel pump pressure. If it is too low, this can happen. Here is a link that shows in general how it's done:
https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-fuel-system-pressure-and-regulator
Here are the manufacturer's specs as far as pressure:
2009 Saturn Aura L4-2.4L
Pressure, Vacuum and Temperature
Vehicle Powertrain Management Fuel Delivery and Air Induction Fuel Pump Fuel Pressure Specifications Pressure, Vacuum and Temperature
PRESSURE, VACUUM AND TEMPERATURE
Fuel Pressure (Key ON, Engine OFF) .................... 345-414 kPa (50-60 psi)
Fuel Pressure should not decrease more than 34 kPa (5 psi) in 5 minutes
If you find the pressure is within spec, then we need to scan the computer to see if there are diagnostic trouble codes stored. In this case, I would scan the can. Here is a video that shows how it's done:

Let me know what you find or if you have other questions.
Take care and God Bless,
Joe
