I was told my fuel filter was bad because when I start up my vehicle it runs and then stalls out. But I believe this car has the filter inside the tank. Is the filter inside the fuel pump?

Hello, I'm Danny.

Yes, your fuel filter is located inside the fuel pump assembly. Have you checked the fuel pressure and the fuel pump relay? Here are 2 tutorials showing what is involved:

If you don't have a fuel pressure tester most auto parts stores have a tool loaner program and can rent you one.The specification for your car is 50-60 p.s.i with Key On-Engine Off. Also, I've attached fuel relay location below.
