The car stalls sometimes and when I start it again, traction light shows and the car misfires but goes back to normal again. This keeps happening. I ran a diagnostic check and got the codes below.

ECM (Engine Control Module)-Leaded All 2 problems exist
1.P0011 'A(Intake)' Camshaft Position-Timing Over-Advanced or System Performance (Bank 1)
2.P0335 Crankshaft Position Sensor 'A' Circuit

ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) 6 problems exist

1.C1101 Battery Voltage High
2.C1260 Steering Angle Sensor Circuit-Signal
3.C1283 Lateral G Sensor /Longitudinal G Sensor/ Yaw Rate Sensor: Signal Error 4.C1613 CAN Signal Error ECM (Check ECM)
5.C1688 MDPS Signal Error History
6.C1285 Longitudinal G Sensor Not Calibrated.

I am wondering if these are serious issues that should make me return the car back to the dealer or something I can have the mechanic down the street work on without spending a fortune.

Hi,

Of all the things you listed, the high battery voltage concerns me. That can cause all kinds of different issues. Do me a favor. follow the directions in this link and let me know what the voltage is with the vehicle running:

If you are unable to perform that test, most auto parts stores will check the charging system free of charge. I need to know if the alternator is overcharging.

Also, it sounds like the traction control is being actuated. That is what can cause the loss of power.

Let me know.

Joe
