Car stalling at D and reverse and would not idle

It runs and accelerates well, however, when I come to a stop the idle dips a couple of times. It will not idle properly while in drive. If I put it in neutral when coming to a stop it idles fine. In park it idles fine. In drive or reverse it won't idle.
