I have a 2002 Honda accord SE last week I had a tune up done as well as oil chamge. Drove it about 10 miles and came to red light car shuts off it starts back up but does the same thing again when I stop or turn. The check engine light came on got it checked only code it gave was P0171 auto zone said I needed a fuel pressure regulator got that done and car is still doing the same thing. What could this be?

The P0171 is a lean code. That usually means they either left a vacuum line off or one is leaking. If the intake snorkel isn't sealed tight, that will do it also. They wasted your money on the regulator.

It sounds like you may have an ignition coil that has failed, here is a guide to help check it
