Car shaking/choking after EGR disconnection, when pressing accelerator pedal

After I unplug EGR valve the car runs smoother and better, no jerking as before, but when drive in some speed and press the accelerator pedal smoothly to accelerate more. it often shakes (I think this is correct word in English) Like acceleration late.

Hi,

Can you explain why the EGR was disconnected? Are there any diagnostic trouble codes that have been retrieved? If there hasn't that should be done. Here is a quick video showing how it is done:
