Car shaking badly when gas pedal is pressed

When I'm driving and while I press the gas for a sec or two my car starts to shake badly but soon as I take my foot of the gas pedal l, shaking stops

Have the plugs/wires/coils checked for failure.

How long since a tune up?

Hey Roy, I haven't had the plugs/wires/coils checked cause I didnt see a check eginelight on. Also I haven't had a tune up in almost 3yrs

I would start with basics and get or do the full tune up first.
