When I start driving and I reach about 40 mph my car starts shaking and so does the steering wheel. Sometimes it will quit but it's not long before it starts shaking again.

Good morning,

I would have the tires checked for any shifted belts that will cause this issue.

Balancing the tires will not help as this is a structure issue with the tires.

Beyond that, the steering linkage needs to be checked for anything loose or worn out.
