Car shakes while coming to a stop

Hi, I changed my battery yesterday and on my way to work today my car would shake a lot whenever I came to a red light/ stop sign. Do you know what could be causing this?

When the battery is disconnected the computer loses it's learned values and has to relearn them through normal driving. The issue should resolve itself.
