Not all the time but when I stop at a red light or a drive thru in the drive position my car will shake, but it runs perfect as it drives.

Good morning,
This sounds like the front brake rotors are out of round causing your shaking when stopping.
It sounds like you will need to replace the front disc pads and rotors.
