Car shakes

2003 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX

I have a 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix gt, when I accelerate it shakes real bad, but idles fine, and when I let off the gas it rides smooth, any help?

scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it.

check fuel pressure and for a vacuum leak as well as holes in duct work from air filter to throttle body
