Rough idle, like power on acceleration, misfires, code reads; p0446, p1159, p0300, p0305, p0303, p0301. Replaced spark plugs. What can I do my self to repair?

This sounds like you have an internal engine problem which can be found by doing a compression test. Here is a guide to help get us started:
