Bought the car with a left driver fender damage from an minor accident and the cars pulls to the right, took it to a shop to have it aligned but to only find out I need a camber kit, car is all stock and is not lowered. How will the camber kit realign the car to drive straight? Car still pulls right after the shop angled out my tires

Most domestic cars have factory adjustments for camber because it needs to be adjusted from time to time. Camber is not adjustable on most imports. It's up to the aftermarket industry to develop parts or modifications to allow adjustments to be made when necessary. That's where the camber kits come in.

Ride height has to be measured too. If it is correct, a pull is caused by bent parts. I can verify that for you if you post the caster, camber, and toe numbers from the alignment printout. Even when nothing is bent, simple metal fatigue can be responsible for a pull and the alignment will fix that when camber is adjustable.
