Car pulls left when braking?

2003 HYUNDAI SONATA
130,000 MILES • 6 CYL • 2WD • AUTOMATIC

When I brake the car pulls to the left, but only the first 2 or three times, then the brakes work fine. What could be wrong? Have replaced the front brakes and the car's suspension. What is next?

I would rotate the tires front to rear.
