Will not start, battery light and oil pressure warning light on?

My car was acting like it was losing power, so I turned the engine off. When I tried to turn the engine back on it wouldn't turn over or start. Also, the battery light and the engine oil pressure warning light were on.

Yep this is common when the alternator goes out, here is how to replace it in the images below. Let us know how it goes
