Car overheating?

My car overheated really quickly, I could barely drive it, it starts slow and after a while it starts faster, but when I stop again it’s the problem, a little bit of smoke is starting to come out and radiator fan and A/C fan are not moving when it gets hot.

Hi,

If the engine only overheats in stop-and-go traffic and the cooling fans are not working, that is the problem, the fans.

The circuit contains three relays and two power supplies. Both power supplies are located in the fusible link box under the hood on the left side. See pic 1

That is where we need to start. Pic 2 shows the fusible link locations in the box. Confirm these are good and there is power to and from both of them.
