Car not starting when engine is cold

Additional information: when there enough petrol in the tank, the car does not give this problem, but when the petrol gas is low, the car will not start until it bleed with petrol t the tube connecting the throttle boy with the fuel pressure regulator. What could be responsible for this?

That sounds like there is a leak on the in tank pump or the check valve on the pump is bad and letting the fuel drain back.
As a test, try turning the key on/off three to four times before you try to start it when this happens. If it now starts up okay it is a failing pump check valve, which is part of the pump itself.
At least that pump is not difficult to get to, you unhook the rear seat, lift it out of the way and the pump access panel is there.

The best solution is to replace the pump module. That gets you a new pump and check valve to hold the pressure in the lines. There are add on check valves that you install in the fuel line which would work BUT if the check valve is failing and with the mileage I would replace the pump.
