Car not starting after sitting gor about a week battery was out the car for about a week

My car needed the alternator replaced the car sat for about a week the battery needed to be charged. Unable to put the alternator in. So i reconnect. Every thing back as before when i placed the battery terminals to the battery the horn stays on continuously and the car will not start the headlights are on continuously. And the flashers are on in the dashboard but not flashing the car does. Not cranking at all. i need help!

Sounds like the low battery triggered the immobilizer. I would replace the alternator, then have the battery tested to see if it is still good. Then look in the owners manual for the procedure to reset the security system. You can also try some of these and see if it works - https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-reset-a-security-system
The bad alternator could have damaged the charging system depending on how it failed as well.
