I was driving slowly when suddenly the car did not respond to accelerator. Tried to D2, no response at all, even on reverse. When I shift to park, there is some grinding noise. What could be the problem? There is no Check engine light or whatever warning. A friend told me to check some fuses related to transmission, are there any?

I would start by checking the transmission fluid level and if that is okay, I would check the CV axles because if one breaks the car will go into neutral. When the car is in gear look under to see if one of the axles is spinning, if so, that is the one that needs to be replaced. Here is how to check the fluid level.

A/T Fluid

Type .................... Honda ATF-Z1

Honda Service News Notice:
If you're replacing transmission fluid in a CVT-equipped vehicle, or just topping it off, make sure you're using the new CVT fluid (P/N 08200-9006). From here on, DON'T put ATF-Z1 in a CVT. If you're topping off a CVT that's already got ATF-Z1, there's no need for concern; this fluid is compatible with ATF-Z1. All CVT-equipped Hondas starting with the 2006 models and onward will be factory-filled with the new CVT fluid.

If everything looks okay, I would run the codes, this guide can help:

Thank you for this.
Yesterday afternoon, the car was towed to the shop.
Their suspect is the drive train, CV joints or axle, Upon inspection and test, they found them in good condition, so they dismantle them to look on the transmission. Oil level is good, the color is good then transmission was pulled out and open. All parts inside the transmission are in good condition too. Clutch pack are still thick, all gears are in good shape and fits perfectly. The only part that is not check is the torque limiter, Is there a way to check if it is good or bad?
Could electrical be a culprit?
We ordered overhauling kit (gaskets and o-ring set) but still not sure if the transmission will work after assembly.

Now that it is out, I would do a test on all control solenoids to make sure they are all operating as intended. Also, make sure all of the shuttle valves slide smoothly and that there are no broken return or pressure springs. Here is the wiring diagrams for the transmission so you can see how the system works and which circuit to test.

Hi, just an update:
After cleaning the insides of he tranny, the new seals and o-rings were installed and tranny re-assembled. The car is now running fine.
Looks like some of the old o-rings were too old and elongated making it lose oil pressure.
Thank you

Yep, if the transmission filter O ring is leaking the fluid will have air in it. Thanks for letting us know, we are here to help, please use 2CarPros anytime.
