Car not moving

While driving car suddenly shut off when I restarted it and put in gear it does not move. It shifts into all gears, but does not go.

There are many possibilities and one of it could be due to electrical. Check all the fuses and have the charging tested. Insufficient voltages can cause the transmission to fail.
