If this only happens when it hits a bump, then the most likely cause is the shock so let's tackle this first.
The way to do this is to inspect the shock to see if there is any moisture on it that is covered in dirt. This means the oil leaked out and it is no longer operating properly.

If the shocks are okay, then this is the next most probable cause, which is the rubber bushings in the suspension that are causing a rubbing noise.
