When I start my car, it makes a weird sound, and I cannot tell if it’s the engine or not. There is also oil on the passenger side of the engine where the ignition coils are located.

Hello,

Regarding the noise, I suggest you remove the ancillary drive belt (serpentine belt) next.
Then start the engine up and check if the noise has gone.
This would prove that the noise is generated by one of the pulleys or units like an alternator.

Chirping noise:

A good video:

I know that the noise is not a chirping noise, but the guide could help you understand your issue.

The oil leak looks like a possible valve cover gasket leaking.
