TLC and ABS lights stay on

Hi,

The first thing we need to do is check battery terminals to make sure they are clean and tight. If they are, then check the battery and the alternator.

Based on your description, it sounds like either we have a bad battery, bad connection, or the alternator isn't charging the battery and causing low voltage to affect different components.
