After replacing the A/C compressor it lost charging capacity?

Had the A/C compressor replaced recently and afterward service battery charging system started flashing on the dash and A/C won't work and today everything started turning off, wiper blades operated slow, and the dash went dary and car shut off.

Yep, it sounds like one of the wires did not get connected correctly during the AC compressor repair. I would check the wiring and if okay I would replace the alternator. Sometimes the alternator can go out because of contaminants like dirt or grease which will fall into the unit when the repair was done. Here is how to check the connections and how to change the alternator out in the images below. Check out the images (below).
