Hi,
This could be several different things. For example, low fuel pressure, a plugged catalytic converter, faulty crankshaft position sensor and so on can cause this. What I need you to do is simply retrieve diagnostic trouble codes. This vehicle has an OBD1 system that doesn't require a scan tool to operate. All that will be needed is a short jumper wire or even a paper clip.
